“Being Filled with the Love and Power of God”

God is love. He’s not just loving, He is love itself. Love was the reason why God sent Jesus to earth and die for our sins. Jesus’ death on the Cross is the ultimate expression of love, and according to John, there is no greater love than this. Jesus said that love is the defining mark of true Christian discipleship and Paul commands us to be filled with God’s love. What does that mean exactly?

Not only is God love, but He is also powerful, which is best seen in raising Jesus from the dead. The Bible tells us that this same power is available to us. Again, what does that mean exactly?
