Despite the decline of Christianity in the West, a growing number of people are coming to Christ in other parts of the world. According to Lifeway Research, there are more than 2.64 billion Christians, which is set to reach 3 billion before 2050. The world’s population is growing at a rate of 0.88%, but Christianity is expanding at a rate of 0.98%. Out of the more than 8 billion people in the world, a third of the world’s population is Christian. 1

How do we know if these people identifying as Christians are part of a biblical church?
